Exchanges & Returns

At Bee Gracie, we strive to ensure that every customer enjoys a perfect experience, from order to delivery. However, if you need to exchange or return a product, we have created a simplified Exchange and Return Policy in compliance with the Consumer Protection Code:

EXCHANGES

  • Customers may request an exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • 7 calendar days to request a return due to regret/change of mind.

  • The item must be in perfect condition (unused), with original packaging and tags.

  • Items that have been adjusted or modified by the customer cannot be exchanged.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

RETURNS

  • 7 calendar days after receipt to request a return due to regret/change of mind.

  • The item must be in perfect condition (unused), with original packaging and tags.

  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

HOW TO REQUEST

  • Our team has up to 5 business days to review the request.

  • The exchange or refund will be completed within 10 days after the returned item is received.

Note: To speed up your exchange or return process, we recommend taking a photo of the item (in case of defect) and sending it along with your request. This helps us process your request faster.
